From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we had an amazing stay. From the lei greeting to the refreshing lemonade that we were given upon check-in, to the friendly bell man, concierge, valet and all other staff, we had a great stay. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The location was wonderful - walking distance to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. I would definitely stay here again - great for honeymooners and all types of vacationers.

THE ROYAL HAWAIIAN WAS PECFECT. NEWLY REMODELED BUT WITH OLD WORLD CHARM A PINK STUCCO MORRISH CASTLE WITH A SENSE OF HISTORY. I FELT LIKE A GUEST MIGHT HAVE IN THE 1930'S HAYDAYS. THE OPEN AIR LOBBY AND PALM TREE GARDENS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND NOSTALGIC. SERVICE WAS EASY AND GENEROUS. THE ROOM WAS A LARGE SINGLE KINGS SIZE BED WITH A MODERN TILE AND GLASS SHOWER ONLY BATH. THERE WAS A LARGE FLATSCREEN TV, HIDDEN REFRIG AND COFFEE MAKING SET. TRUELY THE MOST UNIQUE HOTEL RIGHT ON THE BEACH AT WAIKIKI. i FELT PROUD TO BE A GUEST THERE AND WOULD RETURN TODAY IF POSSIBLE. IT IS BEST SUITED TO COUPLES WHO WOULD APPRECIATE THE ANBIANCE AND TRANQUILITY.

From the moment we arrived we felt pampered. The staff and their services were indeed that of a luxury resort. Every detail, from our arrival and being personally greeted to the beds being turned down at night with chocolates on the bed table made one feel special and "important". Room service was great, and the food was delicious. This was our first trip to Hawaii to celebrate our 20th anniversary and it is most memorable. I will, and have been, recommending The Royal Hawaiian Waikiki to everyone. We will definitely be returning here in the near future. Thanks to The Royal Hawaiian for an amazing experience!

Our accommodations were wonderful, perfect in every sense. We arrived that morning and fortunately the hotel allowed us to check in earlier without charging us an extra day. We had to take two full size beds that made it even nicer. The recent hotel renovations were absolutely beautiful. We had the Garden View and it was so serene and just perfect. The staff was extraordinarily on top of our needs, always enjoyable to talk with as well as providing great service. Everything was easy to do from walking to Waikiki shopping on Kalakaua Avenue, to reserving lounge chairs on the beach with as many towels as you want. The weather was perfect as well except for one day that it rained a few minutes. The Mai Tai Bar is a must visit every night as something different in the way of entertainment is going on. If you are there on a Monday, take in the pricey Luau that the Hotel puts on - well worth it. It includes as many drinks as you want, 5 course meal and great authentic Hawaiian entertainment all MC'd by a very knowledgeable host, Oh yeah, the brunches served on the beach were excellent and the menu providing an outstanding selection. Our flight out and return was enduring as they were both Red Eye so prepare yourself for that. Ground transportation from and to the airport was great.
